What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs depend on the product, size, stock and finishing route. Offset production is usually most economical at higher quantities, but our direct stock knowledge and in-house planning can sometimes make lower viable runs possible. Send the specification and we will confirm the practical minimum.
How long does custom printing take?
Most lead times start after the quotation, artwork and proof are approved. Straightforward print can be quicker than work involving die cutting, foil, lamination, binding or custom packaging. Your quotation will state the production lead time and delivery estimate.
What artwork files should I supply?
A print-ready PDF is preferred, normally with fonts embedded or outlined, images at suitable resolution, CMYK colours and 3 mm bleed where artwork runs to the edge. We check supplied artwork before production and flag obvious technical issues.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. We provide an artwork proof for approval before production. A proof checks content, layout and production setup; colour on a screen is only an approximation, so physical or contract proofs may be recommended for colour-critical work.
Where do you deliver?
We provide UK-wide delivery. Multi-address, timed or international delivery can be discussed for suitable projects and will be confirmed separately in the quotation.
Do you offer sustainable paper and board?
Sustainable options depend on the product and availability. We can discuss recycled content, certified stocks, efficient formats and finishes that suit the intended recycling route. FSC claims must only be used where the selected material and chain-of-custody route permit them.
Can you make a custom size?
Yes. Many products can be made to custom dimensions. We will check sheet efficiency, grain direction, folds, die lines, board behaviour and finishing before confirming the size and price.
Can you match Pantone or brand colours?
Pantone spot colours and press-matched CMYK targets are available where the product and run justify them. Supply the relevant colour references and tell us which elements are colour-critical.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed with the quotation and may vary by account and project. New or bespoke work may require payment before production. No order is placed until commercial terms are agreed in writing.
Can you help choose stock and finishes?
Yes. Tell us how the piece will be handled, posted, folded, stored or displayed. We will recommend a practical stock and finish instead of adding processes that do not improve the job.
